Insha Digital is a UAE-based creative agency offering branding, design, digital marketing, and web services. All services are provided under a fixed monthly subscription or project-based agreement.

Service Scope

We provide unlimited design and creative support based on your selected plan. You may submit multiple design requests, but only the number of active requests specified in your plan will be processed simultaneously.

Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround for most design requests is 24–48 hours. Complex or high-volume projects may require additional time, which will be communicated in advance.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing clear briefs, brand guidelines, and necessary content
• Timely feedback and approvals to avoid delays
• Ensuring submitted content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

All final approved designs become the client’s property. Insha Digital retains the right to display work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

All client information, designs, and materials are treated as confidential. We do not share your data or project details with third parties without consent.

 Payments

• All fees must be paid in advance before the start of service.
• Prices are exclusive of any VAT or applicable UAE government taxes.
• Non-payment may result in suspension of services.

Refund Policy

As a service-based business with dedicated resources, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. We’re committed to revising your designs until you’re fully satisfied.

 Third-Party Services

If your project involves third-party tools (e.g., domain hosting, printing), you are responsible for any additional fees and subscriptions.

 Limitation of Liability

Insha Digital will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Modifications

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
